Final Degree Project
“ When we think of a forest, the first thing that comes to mind is that it is natural, but if it has been planted by humans in a planned way, does it become artificial? This project seeks to explore the delicate line that separates the natural from the artificial. It does not aim to simplify or organize the debate between these concepts, but rather to experiment with the duality of ways in which the world can be seen and to accentuate the intersections that form between them. I seek to create a new design process based on the interaction between the natural and the artificial. Various investigations are not conditioned by humans but by the random interaction between wind, water, and heat with different artifacts, from the most mundane to the most complex. This manifests in different visual and structural expressions, and my goal is to analyze them and play with them to create different design methods”.
